He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Miller and Zavera Miller (Singleton); his stepson Justin Wiley; John Rattaro. He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller (Cruse) of Kinmundy; his children, Sharon Wisely (Josh) of Benton, IL, Heather Miller of Mason, IL, Amanda Hille (Wayne) of Mason, IL and Frank L. Miller (Ashley) of Belvidere, NC; his stepchildren, Nikki Totsch (Mark) of Carlinville, IL, Natasha Camacho (Juan) of Bettendorf, IA and Steven Cook (Jessica) of Effingham, IL; his grandchildren, Charissa Whitten (Seth Harris), Dustin Whitten (Jackie Fowler), Milly Wisely, Taylor, Macy (Jacob Sarchett), Caleb, Cody Overbeck, Hunter, Kaden Lister, Dominic, Brody, Liam Hille, Judah, Abigail, Jedidiah, Zaye, Josiah, Aurora and Annabelle Miller; and his siblings, Sharyn Bennett (Jim) and Timothy Miller. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
