He was predeceased by: his parent Carrel Lewis; his grandmother Carrie Hays; and his uncle Darrel Hays. He is survived by: his mother Linda Lee Hays (Speer) of Mill Shoals, Illinois; and his siblings, Rita Hays of Central City, Illinois and Randy Hays of Clarksville, Tennessee.
