He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lundquist; his children, Timothy (Lisa), Teresa, Todd Kudlacik (Gabriella) and Traci Krumwiede (Frank); his grandchildren, Jacob Kudlacik (Kimmy), Rebecca Phillips (Devin), Allen Boatwright (Jewel), Bradley Boatwright, Fabian Kudlacik, Samantha Monaco, Daniel Monaco (Jenna), Dominic Monaco (Jessica), Tiera Monaco, Madison Krumwiede and Rylee Krumwiede; his siblings, Ann (Larrry), Dwayne and Beth; and his caregiver Jim. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
