She is survived by: her children, Debi Hetland (Jim) of Haines City, Fla. and Charles "Chuck" Sanderson (Leslie) of Kingston; her daughter-in-law Ann Sanderson; her grandchildren, Tina Hetland, Brian Hetland (Sarah), Russell Sanderson, Kathryn Prickett (Gregg), Diana Sanderson, Jess Rodwell, Logan Sanderson, Cody Sanderson and Walter Sanderson; her great grandchildren, Trenton Hetland (Rose), Kailey Niermann and Walter Prickett; her brother Bill Speer; her nieces and nephews, Jett Speer, Ryan Speer, Lisa and Laura; and her close friends, Lenny and Sue Peterson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church of Kirkland (510 W South St, Kirkland, IL 60146). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (510 W South St, Kirkland, IL 60146).
