He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Witkowski and Margaret Witkowski (Whitsura); and his brother Ken. He is survived by: his son Michael J. Witkowski (Brittany); his grandsons, Luke and Logan Witkowski; and his brothers, Ray Witkowski and John Witkowski (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
