With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Orval L. Luepkes of Kirkland, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Orval departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Orval. Though Orval may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bob Luepkes and Dorothy Luepkes; his siblings, Linda Harrell, Lucinda "Cindy" Grimm Thomas, Mary Sparks Aulet and Clampett Roger Luepkes; and his cousins, Doug, Suzan, Jeff Aves and Kayla Luepkes.
