It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Boyer of Kirkland, Illinois, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Ronald's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ronald has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Boyer and Berneta J. Gustafson. He is survived by: his half-brother Jim Reese of Des Plaines, Ill.; and his siblings, Don Allen and Pat Jones.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Quiram Kirkland Chapel (309 S 5th St, Kirkland, IL 60146). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kirkland Historical Society (309 S 5th St, Kirkland, IL 60146).
