He is survived by: his fiancé Dorie Wait; his children, Kimberli Williams (D. J.), Brian Murphy and Amy Murphy; his partner's son Brad Fleming; his grandchildren, Taylor Bozman (Peter), Kelli Bozeman, Braxton Williams, Devin Murphy, Kiara Murphy, Kegan Zahm and Harper Fleming; his sisters, Patricia Gorsuch, Kathleen Sundberg, Mary Dale Wilson and Sally Hollembeak; his sister-in-law Sherry Murphy; and his friend Wayne Johnson.
