He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paulsgrove and Doris Paulsgrove of Knoxville. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his siblings, John of Rockford, IL and Peggy of Durham, NC; and his nieces, Megan and Julia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Knoxville Cemetery.
