She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Larry James Thomas; her children, Janine Bulir (Paul), Larry M. Thomas (Sally) and Kimberly Thomas; her grandchildren, Ryan Thomas, MacKenzie Thomas, Emily Bulir, Abigail Bulir (Jordan Hoekstra) and Thomas Bulir; her siblings, Linda Gerard (Charles "Chuck") and Edward Matejka; and her niece Carly Gerard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
