She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Fahey and Catherine Fahey. She is survived by: her siblings, Mike Fahey (Joan), Patricia Shutay (Dan), George, Kay Weidner (Leonard) and Helen Plahm (Bud); her husband Thomas Joseph Mazur; her children, Renee Callaghan (Robert), Thomas (Susan), Scott (Jennifer) and Michelle Rebek (Paul); and her grandchildren, Ryan (Emily), Meghan (Patrick), Grace (Matthew), Daniel (Cassidy), John (Emily), Kathleen, Abigail, Madeleine, Isabella, Jack, Maeve, Olivia and Sara. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
