He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Kwak and Frances Kwak (Bohula); his siblings, Stephanie Pluta (Joseph), Helen Figus (John), Bernice Studnicka (Joseph) and Frank J. Kwak; and his siblings-in-law, Cecilia Brocken, Patricia Urban (Francis), Mary Joan Brocken, Jacob Brocken (Kathryn), Clifford Brocken (Carol) and Robert Brocken.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Brocken); his daughters, Arlene Marcinek (Robert), Jeanne Nortier (Charles J. II) and Karyl Braun; his grandchildren, Brian Howard, April Connor (Shawn), Katherine Batchler (Matthew), Joseph Marcinek, Kaitlyn Jenkins (Jonathan) and Charles J. Nortier III; his great grandchildren, Colton, Caden Connor, Carter and Weston Batchler; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Brocken and Mary Finazzo (Michael).
