He was predeceased by: his parents, Claver Peter (CP) and Charlotte Halm (Daniels); his wife Patricia Dawn Halm (Modra); his siblings, Audrey McDermott and Robert Halm; and his siblings-in-law, Robert McDermott, William'Bud'Love and Judy Halm.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Burgess (George), Richard Halm Jr. (Sherry) and Michelle Nacker (Blaze); his grandchildren, Richard Halm III (Meagen), Amber Anderson (James), Brent Burgess, Jason Halm (Savanna Giesler), Tyler Burgess (Dana Stout), Sara Salazar (Santiago), Blaze Nacker and Chase Nacker; his great grandchildren, Ethan Anderson, Ayden Anderson, Elijah Halm, Emerson Salazar, Aniela Halm and Vianey Salazar; and his sister Adrienne Love. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
