She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Stevens and Elsie Stevens (Hart); and her siblings, James, Jerry, Ronald Stevens, Cheryl and Carol Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Pufpaf of LaSalle and Jason Pufpaf of LaSalle; her grandson Peyton Gracia; and her sisters, Donna Girard of Ottawa and Judy Swiskoski (Dale) of Peru.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mueller-Pagani Funeral Home - LaSalle (609 8th St, La Salle, IL 61301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
