With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Maxedon (La Salle, Illinois), born in Sullivan, Illinois, who passed away on January 10, 2026 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leslie Maxedon to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Marshall and Lola Ione Maxedon; his brother Allen Maxedon; his son-in-law Stanley Pearson; and his brother-in-law Tim King (Carmen).

He is survived by: his children, John Maxedon (Claudia), Karen Pearson and George Maxedon (Lori); his siblings, Lynn Maxedon (Ruth) and Diane King; his sister-in-law Jean Maxedon; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, John, Jacob P, Nicholas, Megan, Brittany, Erik, Victoria, Jacqueline and Jacob B. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
