She is survived by: her husband Rick Provanzano of Sugar Grove; her children, Candice Galvan, Anthony Massingill of La Salle, Brandi Bryant (Breck) of Columbia, TN and Jennifer Francisco (Pedro) of Powell, TN.; her grandchildren, Dezirae Calvert, Roman Xique, Alex Xique, Riley Mulvaney, Jacob Massingill, James Massingill, Jasmine Francisco, Isaiah Francisco, Ariana Francisco and Xavier Francisco; her great grandchildren, Asher, Huckson Calvert and Annacarmen Xique; and her siblings, Richard Bolden (Lisa) of Sandwich, Robert Bolden of Sandwich, Bonnie Sebby (Howard) of Utica, Timothy Bolden (Kristin) of Andover, MN, Rose Bolden of Sandwich and Michelle Benavides (Brian) of Ottawa. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
