With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Brown of La Salle, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmitz and Ann Schmitz (Schott); her grandchildren, Holly Skeens, Eric Timmons and Zack Timmons; and her sister Evalynn Chonowski.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Brown of La Salle, Leo Brown and Toni Ann Pagani of Maui, HI; her grandchildren, Dawn Timmons, Lisa Timmons, Niki Gibson (John), Savannah Lee Brown, Georgia Lynn Brown, Lee James Skeens, Anton Cole and Estee Cole; and her sister Joanne Ortwerth of Quincy. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
