He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Krzyzek and Ruth Krzyzek (Gillan); and his siblings, Carol Ernat (Harry), Phyllis Krzyzek and Ken.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dolores Podobinski of Spring Valley, Ruth Weber (Jim) of Mendota, Mary Jane Tuttle of Champaign, Lois Mikleton of Rockford, Rita Rose (Bob) of Rockford, Theresa Brown (Rick) of Springfield, Duane (Julie) of Earlville and Tom (Suzanne) of Rockford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
