We announce the death of Ellen L. Robbins in Lacon, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 76. Ellen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Davis and Ellen Louisa Davis (Jason); her husband Charles R. Robbins; her great grandchild Braden Haws; her siblings, Jerry, Jack and Virgil Davis; and her brother-in-law Tom Marchesi.
She is survived by: her son Mark (Mary Ann); her grandson Brandon; her great grandchildren, Easton, Nollie, Murphy, Skylar, Raelynn, Kaden, Bryson, Rylee and Makena; her daughter Sheri Robbins (Anthony Randle); her grandchildren, Ryan Greenwood (Tasha), Britney Pizano (Andrew), Kody Robbins, Taylor Hahn, Joshua Robbins and Marissa Ford; and her siblings, Christine Marchesi, Joe Davis (Pam) and Diana Davis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the LENZ MEMORIAL HOME (823 5th St, Lacon, IL 61540). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lenz Memorial (823 5th St, Lacon, IL 61540). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lacon Cemetery.
