She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Bruce Kitts and Martha Marie Shafer Kitts; her husband Alford Marion Crook; her siblings, Martha Kitts Pawlowski, Wilma Kitts Koch, Dale Kitts and James Kitts; her son Norman Crook; and her son-in-law Bill Lindstrom.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Lindstrom (Dale Cox) of Pekin, Illinois, Doug Crook of Lacon and Kathy Thierer of Lacon; her daughter-in-law Diane Crook of Lacon; her grandchildren, Matt Curtis (Erica) of Edelstein, Derek Taylor of Lacon, Stuart Thierer (Coral) of Chillicothe, Illinois, Andrew Crook of Carrboro and Stephanie Hoesly (Kevin) of Lacon; her great grandchildren, Ronin Curtis, Brooks Toren and Lincoln Barnard; her sister Georgann Borngasser of Fairbury; and her sister-in-law Marion Kitts of Lacon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Ark Animal Shelter of Lacon, or the Lacon-Sparland Ambulance Service.
