He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E Lord and Marie Lord (Burke); and his grandsons, Jonathan Lord and Maverick Lord. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lord (Savage); and his children, Patrick Lord (Jessica Johnson), Brian Lord (Jeanett), Julie Parkhill, Timothy Lord (Larissa) and Marie Montgomery (Nathan). He is also survived by 8 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 5 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews.
