He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Wayne and Delores McCartney (Greathouse). He is survived by: his fiancée Angela Steele of Lacon; his daughters, Nichole McCartney-Rupp of Peoria and Natalie McCartney of Kewanee Illinois; his siblings, Doug McCartney (Francine) of Chillicothe Illinois, Tim McCartney (Joe Nebergall) of Okeechobee Florida and Jessica Wilson of Chillicothe; and his stepchildren, Brandon Munoz-Steele (Lauren), Brett Munoz-Steele of Lacon, Tarahelenia Munoz-Steele of Lacon, Jessicia Fandel (Chris) of Missouri and Anthony Steele of Chicago. He is also survived by 10 grandkids, 10 step grandkids; and many nieces & nephews.
