She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Campbell and Opal Campbell (Rhodes); her husband Meryl Shafer; her grandson Dennis Shafer; and her great grandchild Parker Lee Shafer.
She is survived by: her sons, Warren Shafer (Patricia) of Parrish Florida and Dan Shafer (Deb) of Wyoming Illinois; her grandchildren, Wendy Shafer (Kerry Green), Shawn Smith (Carla) and Deric Shafer (Janelle); and her granddaughter-in-law Rita Shafer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
