She is survived by: her son Mark Manning (Nikki) of Lacon; her stepchildren, Jeff Smith (Casey) of Bartonville and Jill Walraven of Peoria; her siblings, Ronald Taylor (Mary Lou) of Tennessee, Gary Taylor (Terry) of Peoria and Cheryl Budd (John) of Lacon; her grandchildren, Nathan, Marissa Manning, Peyton, Hannah Manning, Brandon Storm and Matthew Hallmark; and her stepgrandchildren, Chad Reiter, Dana Ray and Dalton Smith. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
