He is survived by: his mother Alice DuBois (Streitmatter) of Lacon, IL; and his siblings, Tina DuBois of Lacon, Therese DuBois of Metamora, IL, Timothy DuBois of Peoria and Rose Miller (Brandon) of Roanoke, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
