He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Lenz (Smith); and his pet Skye. He is survived by: his brother Andrew Lenz (Lynn) of Colona; and his sibling's children, Andrea, Katie, Elizabeth, Lauren and Andrew.

Steve's jobs were various including Midwest Foundation, Midwest Gun Club, driver for Continental Casket, asbestos removal and more.
