He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Dworak (Kostuch) and Bruno Dworak; and his siblings, Theresa Wesson, Robert Dworak, Joann Dworak and Leonard Dworak.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dworak; his children, Thomas (Mary Schroeder) and Timothy Dworak; his grandchildren, Michael Dworak (Rebecca Wendt), Daniel Dworak, Brandi Drury (Christopher), Sydney Dworak and Kyra Dworak; his great grandchildren, Hailey Dworak, Cayden Drury, Nicholas Drury and Legend Bello; his sister Patricia Sapp; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Sapp, Joanne Kilian and Rolf Kilian. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
