She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hanscom (Thomas) of Ingleside and John Swezey (Holly) of Fox Point, WI; her granddaughter Alexandra Turenne (Brandon) of Hubertus, WI; and her sister Janet Antonie of Arlington, VA..
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to Girl Scouts of the USA, reflecting her years of involvement and dedication to mentoring young women, and or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, honoring her strength and grace in the face of Parkinson's.
