We announce the death of Carol Gard (Lake Forest, Illinois), born in Greene, Iowa, who passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 82. Carol will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She is survived by: her husband John Gard; her children, Kirstin Caliendo (Kevin) and Eric Gard (Amy); her sister Joyce Goldberg (Allan); and her grandsons, James, John and Will Caliendo.
