She is survived by: her daughter Gianna Werth; her parents, Barbara Molinari of McHenry and Leroy Molinari (Jan) of Highwood; her sisters, Nikki Jones (Phil) of Brownsburg, Laura Molinari of Menomonee Falls, Rachel Molinari of East Troy and Meagan Eischen (Garrett) of Vernon Hills, Illinois; her stepbrother Rich Whalen (Heather) of Lockport, Illinois; her grandmother Nancy Molinari (late Donald Molinari) of Deerfield, Illinois.; her aunts, Deborah Stubitsch of Florida, Cathy Martinek (late Marty Martinek) of Wisconsin and Debra Patterson (late John Patterson) of Alexis, Illinois; and her uncle Kenneth Molinari of Lake Villa, Illinois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, dear friends.
