He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schwartz (Bill) and Clydia Schwartz. He is survived by: his wife Janice Schwartz; his children, Kimberlee Schwartz (Smith), Jill Schwartz and Kevin Schwartz; and his grandsons, Gunnar and Bennett Schwartz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Lee's honor.
