Lorraine Shepard Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorraine Shepard of Lake Forest, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lorraine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lorraine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Shepard; and her children, Marcie Shepard, David Shepard (Lauren), Cathy Rozen (Stu) and Randi Bauer (Georg).

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home (111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091).
