He is survived by : his wife Ann Raines; his children, Cynthia, Mark Raines, Peter Raines (Sheila), William Raines (Kim) and Thomas Raines (Lana); his grandchildren, Josie, Ryan of Mark, PJ, Richard, Patrick, Hugh, Barrett, Eilish, Louis and Fern; his daughter-in-law Ellen Raines; and his siblings, Jeanie Raines, Kathy Perry (Roger) and William Raines.
