He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Westmeyer and Rita June Westmeyer; and his brothers, Joe Westmeyer and Kip Westmeyer (Jan). He is survived by: his significant other Patty; his brother Edward Westmeyer (Kay); his sister-in-law Judy Westmeyer; his children, Marc Westmeyer, Courtney Magliochetti (Joe) and Peter Westmeyer (Sofia); his grandchildren, Ellie, Abbie, Joey, Olivia, Greer, Henry, Rosie, Catalina, Lucy, Gwendolyn and Reese; and his son Dr. Andy Westmeyer (Heather).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Mary (175 E Illinois Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
