She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John G. and Frances C. Searle; her children, Karie Thomson (David), Rocky Dixon (Julie) and Lynn Loacker (late Jack); and her pet Retrievers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to: Lake Forest Open Lands, The Chicago Botanical Gardens, or Northwestern Memorial Foundation (Dixon Translational Research Grants Fund).
