We are sad to announce that, on July 14, 2022, at the age of 65, Thomas R. Quain (Lake Forest, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerry Quain and Jack Quain; and his brother Jack Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, William, Joe (Patty), Chris Kaefer (Greg) and Jim (Kristen); his nieces and nephews, Allison (Jason), Michelle (Zach), Megan, Katie, Bill and Brittany (Joe); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grace, Natalie, Avery and Sloan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ALS Association at ALS.org in memory of Tom.
