He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Catherine; and his siblings, Catherine, Agnes Fidler, Robert Jr., William, Joan Monahan, Mary Jane O'Connor and Maureen.
He is survived by: his wife Avie; his children, A. J. (Sarah Taulman-Curran) and Lisa (Mike Cumings); his granddaughter Amelia; and his brother Leon (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
