He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cotter and Betty Cotter (Weber). He is survived by: his children, Laura and John; his former wife Kathy Cotter; and his siblings, Jim, Greg and Judy. He is also survived by his parents, brothers, sister, and friends.
