Marjorie M. Meyer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie M. Meyer of Lake Zurich, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her parents, August Buesching and Ada Buesching; and her brothers, Bill, Norm and Ken Buesching.
She is survived by: her children, Mel Meyer (Barbara), Arlene Meyer, Bonnie McLeod, Linda Kohl (Ron) and Sue Dodge (Fred); her grandchildren, Paul Meyer (Katie), Sarah Grant (Dave), Bill Meyer (Grainne), Andrea and Tim Dodge; and her great grandchildren, Eli, Logan, Mollie, Emilie, Jack, Fiadh, Emma, Cameron and Brayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Church (24500 N Old McHenry Rd, Hawthorn Woods, IL 60047). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery (24500 N Old McHenry Rd, Hawthorn Woods, IL 60047).
