He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Griep and Bernice Griep; his siblings, Annette, Judy, Joe and Jerry; and his daughter Theresa.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Paul, Tommy, Cindy, Michelle and Kim; and his grandchildren, Matt, Lauryn, Rob, Scott, Adam, Taylor, Linsey, Kaitlyn, Kanesha, Aaron, Luke, Ashley and Austin. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Francis de Sales Catholic Church (33 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (33 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Saint Mary Cemetery (10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089).
