He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lester, Wilna Moore, Shady and Betty Stephens; and his uncles, Butch Stephens (Donna) and Charles Moore.

He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Lee Cutler of Shelbyville, IL and Annie Stephens Worker (Larry) of Pana, IL; his wife Pamela "Pam" Jane Leigh; his children, Erica Cutler (Bryor) of Tower Hill, IL, Christopher Webb (Tiffany) of Shelbyville, IL and Adrian Webb (Hannah) of Collinsville, IL; his brothers, Duane Cutler of Pana, IL and Curtis Worker of Pana, IL; and his grandchildren, Mackenzi Webb, Chancellor Lucas, Bryar Webb, Parker Webb and Harper Beck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
