He was predeceased by : his parents, Laverne Aurand and Dorothy Kubatzke; his in-laws, Kenneth and Iola Voss; his brothers, Gerald Aurand (Punch) and Dennis Aurand; his stepdaughter Ashley; and his pet Tasha.

He is survived by : his wife Karen Voss; his children, Tim Aurand (Colleen) of Kent, IL, Chris Knoup (Rob) of Pearl City and Tammy Stephan (Joe) of Pearl City; his pets, Haley of Pearl City, Chee Chee of Pearl City, Connie Drane (JR) of Pearl City, Micki Sturtevant (Scott) of Pearl City, Linda Johnson (Larry) of Pearl City, Merlyn Voss (Sheri) of Pearl City and Mel Voss (Jan) of Pearl City; and his grandson Adam (Meridian). He is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Simply Free Church (25460 Locust Rd, Lanark, IL 61046).
