He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Shone and Virginia Shone. He is survived by: his wife Gena; and his siblings, Priscilla Healy (Bernie), Ginnie Floraday (Burt) and James Shone (JoAnne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
