He was predeceased by: his sister Judi Szymanski; and his parents, Sharon Szymanski and Tom Szymanski. He is survived by: his wife Lori Szymanski; his children, Jordan Szymanski and Megan Szymanski; his aunt Judith Roberts; and his brother Joe Szymanski (Carey).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (18100 Wentworth Ave, Lansing, IL 60438).
