She was predeceased by : her grandfathers, John Urbanczyk (Geraldine) and Mike Yekich (Marie); and her aunt Elaine Bozovich (Rade). She is survived by : her parents, John "Jim" Urbanczyk and Melissa Urbanczyk; and her aunts and uncles, Darlene Urbanczyk, Rose Seerup (Darryl), Jackie Smith (Ron), Mike Yekich (Marlene), Nick Yekich (Sue) and George Yekich. She is also survived by 16 cousins; and 13 great cousins.
