He was predeceased by: his father Ray Mercier; and his nephew Forrest Mercier. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Mercier of Rolling Prairie, Indiana; his siblings, Michelle Fey, Maureen Mercier of St. Charles, Illinois and Mark Mercier (Emily) of Kathleen, GA; and his siblings' children, Erin Fey of Chicago, Courtney Amerine (Tyler) of Westfield, Indiana and Tucker Mercier of Kathleen, GA..
