She was predeceased by : her husband David; and her grandson Kevin Cuthbert. She is survived by : her children, Thomas Batterson of Lowell, IN and Bonnie Cuthbert (Jim) of Lansing, IL.; her pet Chico; her cousins, Tom Babbitt and Barbara Dewey; and her friends, Bebe Surdell, Evelyn and Harry Nelson.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (3010 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lansing Food Pantry and Humane Indiana would be greatly appreciated.
