He is survived by: his parents, Robert Leo and Anita Norman Sr.; and his wife Elise Patton Norman.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Castle Hill Funeral Home (1219 Sheffield Ave, Dyer, IN 46311).
