He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Nyquist (late Peter), Marcia Tamminga (Randal) and Janice Van Zuidam (Timothy); his grandchildren, Sarah Huisman (Josh), Jill Schwendeman (Kevin), Lauren Carter, Lindsey Kritikos (Anthony), Elizabeth Counts (Xavier), Nathan Van Zuidam (Katie), Erica Tambrini (Luke) and Jamie Jansma (Luke); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Jordan, Marybeth, Alyssa Huisman, Grant, Anders Schwendeman, Olivia, Elle Carter, Ava, Vivian Van Zuidam, Jackson, Annika, Aubrey, Charlotte, Brody Kritikos, Lily, Michael, Vince Tambrini, Laney, Casey, Jay Jansma, James and Davis Counts; and his sister Sharon VanDam (Phil).
