He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura; his children, Bert, Ernie and Paulie; his siblings, Caroline Kanalas (late Mike) and Michael Vigna; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Kanalas (Nicole), Frank Kanalas (Anne Miller) and Drew DenDekker; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ezrah and Garrus; his parents-in-law, Roger and Joan DenDekker; and his brother-in-law Erik DenDekker (Nancy).
